Bio

Affiliate Professor in the MSU CET and EVE programs. Education and experience in water resources, water quality, environmental regulatory analysis, roadway design, land development review. Previous employers include the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Colorado Department of Transportation, and the City of Aurora Public Works Department.
