Biography

Neil Pollard is a Tenure Track Assistant Professor in the Management Department at MSU Denver. He specializes in startup strategy, financial management of small business, and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and has delivered experiential learning through accelerator and mentoring programs. In addition to his academic work, Neil mentors student and community ventures, contributes to discussions on entrepreneurial inclusion, and frequently speaks on topics that connect research, practice, and impact.

Research Interests

    Neil’s research explores gender equity in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial success and startup strategy, entrepreneurial decision-making, and ETA. He often presents on these themes at academic conferences, community events, corporate speaking engagements, while pursuing practical application and scholarship in these areas.
