Research Interests
Michele is interested in the study of constitutional law, with a particular focus on the topic of privacy, and contract law, with a particular focus on the enforceability of online contracts.
Teaching Interests
Michele nurtures a keen interest in law in her students who, in turn, inspire Michele to apply and distinguish timeless legal precepts to our most pressing current issues.
