Has worked as an attorney practicing in the area of business and corporate law. Has had his own practice since 2012. This practice includes reviewing and drafting agreements pertaining to formation of business entities, employment, confidentiality, non-disclosure/non-competition, & franchise agreements. Currently his law license is in inactive status, but he does provide some general legal information to friends.He worked as a full time high school business educator at Cherry Creek High School in Greenwood Village, Colorado teaching business law courses and other business courses.
