Linda Lang-Peralta

Biography

Dr. Linda Lang-Peralta is Associate Dean in the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at Metropolitan State University of Denver. As Professor of English with a doctorate in comparative literature from the University of California, Irvine, she has taught writing, world literature, post-colonial literature, and British Literature. She has published on the novels of the 1790s, drama in Kenya, and women writers from France, Britain, and the Caribbean. A former Fulbright-Hays scholar in Egypt and Kenya, she now serves as ex-officio Board member of the Fulbright Association, Colorado Chapter. She has served on the Board of Denver Sister Cities International and currently is a member of DSCI and WorldDenver.
