Bio

Jeff Peshut earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance (with a concentration in Investments and Banking) and a Juris Doctor (with a concentration in Real Estate and Corporate Planning), both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining MSU Denver, he taught Real Estate Law at the Leeds School of Business and Real Estate Transactions at the School of Law, both at the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to that, he taught Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education courses with Kaplan Real Estate Education. Jeff has over 35 years of professional experience in commercial real estate brokerage, asset management, portfolio management, and consulting. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado.
