Biography

With PhD in Biology and extensive teaching expertise I successfully teach HumanAnatomyPhysiology(A&PI_II), Neurobiology. I’ve awarded Recognition Certificate for mentoring student’s posters at 5th MSUD Undergraduate Research Conference. I’ve advised numerous students.

Research Interests

    Neuroscience of the Brain pH regulation (Electrophysiology, Cell culture, Biochemistry methods, NYU 1991-1996); Cellular/Molecular Physiology and structure-function of Bicarbonate Membrane Transporters (Molecular Biology Methods, Yale University 1996-2002) Novel Molecular Markers in abnormalities in Sjogren's syndrome, and Down Syndrome (confocal fluorescent microscopy, UCD 2001- 2011) Bioinformatics of Spinal Cord Injury (2011- present in collaboration with UCD)
