Bio

EmilyGrace is a seasoned professional specializing in developing, executing, and managing daily operations while driving
enterprise-wide transformations that unleash operational value. She has significant experience crafting and leading strategic
initiatives across multiple directorates to achieve results. For consulting firms (FCM, Deloitte) and through her firm,
EmilyGrace has guided process improvement initiatives and business model transformations for the highest levels of leadership
in both the private and public sectors. She has consistently helped leaders improve their organizations’ performance.

Emily Grace has an M.B.A. in Strategic Marketing and an M.S. in Strategic Technology Intelligence. She is a Lean Six Sigma
Master Black Belt and human-centered design facilitator.
