Teaching Interests

My teaching philosophy and methodology is rooted in the belief that learners must be challenged to think critically and independently in a society increasingly burdened with information. Without sharp analytical skills, the individual in modern society may succumb to information overload and perhaps even mistakenly embrace anti-intellectualism as a virtuous personality trait.
