The College of Business welcomed students back to campus this semester with our annual Welcome Back Bash, but this year we added a new twist with Grill & Chill!

CBUS teamed up with the School of Hospitality to bring students together for food, games, and a chance to connect with their different departments and programs.

A Day of Fun and Community

Students were able to grab a hot dog, enjoy homemade chips, and try CBD cocktails while hanging out with friends and meeting other Roadrunners.

There was plenty to do throughout the event, including volleyball and a photo booth where students could take pictures and make some memories to start off the semester.

One of the biggest parts of the Welcome Back Bash is giving students a chance to connect with the College of Business outside of the classroom. Different CBUS departments and programs were there to answer questions, share resources, and help students learn more about the opportunities available to them during their time at MSU Denver.

Whether you came by for the food, played some volleyball, took photos with friends, or stopped to talk with one of our programs, Grill and Chill was a great way to kick off the semester and bring the CBUS community together.

A big thank you to the School of Hospitality, our College of Business faculty and staff, and everyone who helped make the event happen.

And thank you to all of the students who came out to Grill & Chill!

Make sure you’re following CBUS on all socials to make sure you stay in the loop with the amazing events we have in store for the rest of the semester! Go Roadrunners!
