University Events Team debuts photos for improved space booking experience

The Jordan Student Success Building features as many as 20 reservable spaces supported by the Office of University Events, which are available for internal MSU Denver events and meetings. In an effort to continue to improve user-experience, they have recently debuted 117 new photos cataloging these spaces and have provided insightful details with each photo.

The updated gallery makes it easier than ever to explore the spaces before booking, allowing for improved visualization of how each room or space can be optimally used. MSU Denver offices can utilize these photos and reference helpful details included in the gallery, such as capacity, furniture and technology, which helps streamline access to helpful information for planning.

With the first part of this streamlining project complete, the secondary part is underway, which is to build a gallery featuring photos and details of bookable AES spaces, also supported by the Office of University Events. The entirety of the project is expected to be completed early in the Fall 2026 semester. These galleries can serve as a helpful example for other offices and departments to create similar resources for their own room management.
