MSU Denver has been a proud workforce development partner for the regional NSF ASCEND Engine for the past two years.
The Engine connects research, capital, and industry to develop and deploy technologies that help communities better anticipate risk, protect lives, and adapt to the growing impacts of natural hazards across the Colorado and Wyoming region. With priority initiatives around air quality, water quality and availability, soil quality, and wildfire mitigation and response, this innovative partnership allows us to proactively address extreme weather concerns for our region.
