Support Portal Only Available On-Campus
As part of an ongoing effort to improve the security of the University's systems, the MSU Denver IT Services support ticket portal is only available from campus networks (MSU Denver WiFi, MSU Denver VPN, or the local wired network). If you have reached this page and need assistance, but cannot connect to any of the above networks, please either:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org from your MSU Denver email account.
- Call 303-352-7548.
- Visit either West Classroom 243 or Admin Building 475 between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
