INCIDENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

ITS maintains an enterprise-wide ITSM (IT Service Management) platform, which can be leveraged by other service units for request tracking. ITS uses the BMC Footprints platform to manage all support and change requests submitted through the department. This solution is also available for other departments in need of a request management platform.
