MSU Denver Computer Labs - Remote Access Tool
Select MSU Denver lab computers and software can now be accessed off campus.
Connect to lab computers via the Remote Access Dashboard.
System Requirements
1. VPN Connection
In order to access MSU Denver lab computers, you'll need to be connected to the MSU Denver network through Global Protect.
Request access to Global Protect here.
Instructions on how to use Global Protect can be found here.
2. Supported Operating Systems
Microsoft Windows and MacOS are both supported. See below for instructions specific to your operating system.
3. Supported Browsers
The Remote Access Dashboard is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
Internet Explorer is not supported.
4. Microsoft Remote Desktop
You will need the Microsoft Remote Desktop client in order to connect to MSU Denver lab computers.
The Microsoft Remote Desktop client can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store.
