MSW Program: Accepted with Stipulations
Acceptance Stipulations Hub
What does it mean to be Accepted with Stipulations?
Students are accepted with stipulations to the MSW Program at MSU Denver when they have additional obligations to fulfill. This could include, but is not limited to, undergraduate degree completion, prerequisite course completion, low undergraduate GPA, or other items that are not in compliance with program eligibility standards. A student who is accepted with stipulations must complete the specified criteria within the first six credit hours of enrollment or, in the case of undergraduate degree completion and prerequisite course completion, prior to the start of MSW Program coursework. Students who do not fulfill their stipulations of acceptance may be dismissed from the MSW Program. Certain stipulations may affect the student’s ability to register – please refer to the criteria of your specific stipulation for details.
