MSW Program: Accepted with Conditions

Acceptance Conditions Hub

What is Conditional Acceptance?

Students are conditionally accepted MSW Program at MSU Denver when they have additional obligations to fulfill. This could include, but is not limited to, prerequisite course completion, low undergraduate GPA, or other items that are not in compliance with program eligibility standards. A student who is admitted with conditions must complete the specified criteria within the first six credit hours of enrollment or, in the case of prerequisite course completion, prior to the start of MSW Program coursework. Students who do not fulfill the obligations of conditional acceptance may be dismissed from the MSW Program. Students who are conditionally accepted are able to receive their financial aid package. Certain conditions may affect the student’s ability to register – please refer to the criteria of your specific condition for details.
