Enrollment Verification
MSU Denver has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications. The enrollment verification provided by the National Student Clearinghouse is official and does not require an additional signature or seal from MSU Denver. The verification can be used for proof of enrollment for employers, military, insurance companies, housing, scholarships, and credit card companies. The official document includes:
- Enrollment Status (full-time, part-time, etc.)
- Dates of Attendance
- Expected Date of Graduation

You can obtain an official enrollment verification online. Just follow these steps:
- Log into the Student Hub
- Select Main Menu
- Select Transcripts and Records
- Select Request Enrollment Verification
- This will link to the National Student Clearinghouse, in which you will need to login one more time,
- Select the options available. You will be able to print your enrollment verification as needed.
Enrollment Verifications for the current semester will be available the second or third week of classes.
If you require an enrollment verification prior to the start of the semester, please fill out the Enrollment Verification request form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar along with a copy of your photo ID.
If you have a specific form that requires additional information that is not included above, please submit it to the Office of the Registrar along with the Enrollment Verification request form and a copy of your photo ID.
Loan deferment: Verifications for purposes of loan deferment are handled by lenders using online access to the Clearinghouse. Refer lenders with questions to [email protected]
Estimated processing time for enrollment verifications submitted directly to our office is 7-10 business days.
If you are not currently enrolled and need to verify previous semesters, you can order a transcript through Parchment (https://www.msudenver.edu/registrar/transcripts/) or contact the National Student Clearinghouse at (www.enrollmentverify.org).
Enrollment Verifications for the current semester will be available during the second or third week of classes.
