Details: This AAC approved lecture will focus on introducing Iceland, Reykjavik University (RU) and educational opportunities for exchange students in Psychology at RU, both in terms of coursework and research.

“The talk will include why we need a compelling vision for our future, and what can happen without one.  Discussion will extend from the darkest moments of my life (homelessness, addiction, suicide, and prison) towards my life today.  As a consequence of enacted wellbeing across multiple dimensions (mental-emotional, and physical practices), I have gone on to race triathlon professionally,  speak across the world, author a book, and become an entrepreneur and expert in the field of health and wellness.  More importantly, I am a husband and father within an incredible family.   Its still hard for me to comprehend how incredible my life is now....”
