Academic integrity is about being honest and transparent when creating and communicating about your academic work. All students have academic responsibilities related to the Student Code of Conduct, which covers plagiarism, unauthorized assistance, collaboration, submitting the same work in more than one class, and other forms of cheating.
Email and Electronic Communications Security – Email is the official means of communications at MSU Denver, and it is critical that appropriate use of these services be defined and enforced. Learn more about this policy.
Health Insurance – If you are taking nine (9) or more credit hours in the Fall or Spring, you are required to have health insurance that complies with the University requirement. You must submit a waiver if you plan to use outside insurance rather than the University sponsored health insurance.
Immunizations– Colorado State law requires all students enrolled for one or more credit hours in higher education to comply with the State's immunization policy.
Online Student Complaints – MSU Denver is committed to providing an exceptional educational experience that is transparent, efficient, stimulating, and fair. Current or prospective students enrolled in distance/online programs should follow MSU Denver’s student complaint procedures or contact Student Conflict Resolution Services to have issues resolved in an expeditious, fair, and amicable manner. Students agree that continued enrollment in a course after the receipt of a syllabus constitutes permission that all required papers may be submitted to Unicheck for the detection of plagiarism and that all submitted papers will be retained as source documents in the Unicheck reference database and used solely for the purpose of detecting plagiarism of such papers at MSU Denver.
