We have many academic services to ensure you will succeed as an online learner, but to discover if you are prepared complete this quick quiz

  • If you have earned college credit since graduating high school, transfer those credits to MSU Denver and get on the path to graduation. 
  • Complete your online orientation with no need to come to campus. 
  • Ready to be a Roadrunner? Apply now.
  • Register for classes online through the Student Hub.
  • Check your degree path to graduation in the Student Hub.  
  • Order your transcipt through the Student Hub. 
  • Need to withdraw from classes? Complete the Administrative Withdrawal, SAP Appeal, & Tuition Appeal form. 
  • Federal regulations require all student receiving federal financial aid to meet academic progress standards. Learn more about these standards, and complete the Administrative Withdrawal, SAP Appeal, & Tuition Appeal form. 
  • Review the Student Code of Conduct. 

Online University Financial Services

Use these resources to review tuition and fees, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.


  • Review online tuition and fee tables. These tables vary based on delivery, program types, and level of education. Find the right table for your program. 
  • Learn about Financial Aid or ask the Financial Aid Chatbot questions about funding your online education.
  • Pay tuition through the Student Hub. 
  • Learn about the variety of scholarship opportunites available at MSU Denver. 
  • Need to submit an appeal? Complete the Tuition and Fees Appeal Form. 

Online Learning Academic Advising

Build a relationship with your academic advisor to get the most out of your MSU Denver educational experience.


MSU Denver makes it easy for you to connect with an academic advisor.

  • Select “Academic Advising” in the Student Hub to make an appointment with an academic advisor.
    • This is for undergraduate students only. Graduate student should contact their department for advising.  
    • Students can also make an appointment through the MSU Denver app under “Navigate Student Mobile”.

Online Tutoring, Writing, and Counseling Services

MSU Denver wants you to thrive as a student and a person. These services are dedicated to your success.


  • Take advantage of free one-on-one and group sessions at the Tutoring Center.
  • Mental health issues can curtail your ability to lead a fulfilling life, including your pursuit of learning. The Counseling Center provides comprehensive services including individual counseling, support groups, and workshops in person and online. They also have self-help resources including a self-help assesment.

Online Services through the Center for Equity and Student Achievement (CESA) Programs

MSU Denver is proud of our reputation for supporting historically underserved populations and perpetually strives to create a supportive and inclusive campus. Get involved through these programs.


  • CMEI provides ways to connect online to help students explore their heritage while in school through mentorships, student organizations, and pathways to school leadership. 
  • Through in-person and virtual conferencing sessions, Immigrant Services supports undocumented, DACA, immigrant, and refugee students both academically and socially.
  • TRIO provides individualized support to create an inclusive atmosphere at MSU Denver both academically and socially through various online workshops and peer-to-peer mentoring. 
  • The LGBTQ Student Resource Center provides an inclusive environment for all genders and sexualities through social media accounts, including resources for those experiencing issues involving their sexuality.
  • Veteran and Military Student Services provides online academic and social support to active and discharged military members at MSU Denver.
  • CAMP is a scholarship program that provides migrant/seasonal farmworkers and their children academic, financial and social support over the phone or through virtual sessions.
