MSU Denver is Colorado's best educational value
/media/marketingandcommunications/newsroom/spotlight/forbes-badge.jpgIt’s a simple equation.
Metropolitan State University of Denver offers the most affordable tuition rates in Colorado. Plus, our graduates receive higher starting salaries than graduates from other schools in the state.
What does that equal? An opportunity to change your life.
Here’s the proof:
- The College Measures Report shows MSU Denver graduates earn more in their first year after graduating than CU and CSU graduates.
- Affordable Colleges Online lists MSU Denver as one of the country’s most affordable large public colleges. The organization also adds the ranking of “low-cost colleges with high starting salaries for graduates” — listing MSU Denver 34th out of 58 institutions nationwide.
- The Online College Database lists MSU Denver among the most financially effective of all Colorado post-secondary schools. The University is 7th among 11 Colorado schools that charge less than $20,000 for tuition and whose new graduates earn more than $30,000 per year, on average. MSU Denver grads enter the workforce earning an estimated $41,500 per year, the database says.
- MSU Denver is rated No. 622 overall and No. 104 in the West in Forbes’ 2013 Top Colleges list—based in part on an education’s return on investment. “What sets our calculation of 650 colleges and universities apart from other rankings is our firm belief in ‘output’ over ‘input,’” Forbes states on its website.
