Learning & Development Benefits

Along with ongoing training and development opportunities, MSU Denver and the L&D team are proud to offer the Professional Development Fund for full-time staff and the Employee Undergraduate Tuition Scholarship for benefits-eligible faculty and staff. See below for additional details.

Employee Tuition Benefit

Benefits-eligible employees can apply to receive an undergraduate tuition benefit for themselves, their spouse, and/or their dependents. Take a look at the MSU Denver Employee Tuition Benefit Procedures for more information.

Professional Development Fund

The Professional Development (PD) Fund’s purpose is to provide full-time staff the opportunity to pursue professional development activities of their choosing, and be reimbursed up to $750 per employee, per fiscal year. Individual funds can be used for professional development activities such as conferences, seminars, trainings, and courses and requires supervisor approval. Professional Development Fund applications will only be accepted via e-mail. Remember to put your full name in the subject line (e.g. Jane Doe PD Fund Application). Please review the policy and eligibility requirements prior to submitting the form electronically to
