Adult Cooking Camps
Each class runs one night per week, for three consecutive weeks. Please see individual classes for dates.
Time: 5:30-8:30 each night
Cost: $150 for each 3-week class. Each class paired with a regional wine.
Italian—Tuesdays July 7, 14, 21
The fabulous cuisine of Italy is always a favorite and with fresh pastas to roll, fold and stuff, what could be more fun? We will explore various regions of Italy that’ll have you saying, questo`e amore.
Spain and Tapas—Wednesdays; July 15, 22, 29
Those little plates of Spain-we love them! With so many to choose from and so little time, what do you pick! Our assorted tapas are fun, and easy. Getting to know a cuisine is about tasting the flavors and cooking the wonderful foods hands-on!
Latin America—Thursdays; July 9, 16, 23
This one is more than just spiced up TexMex, tacos and chili rellenos. Not that there’s anything wrong with those wonderful foods. We explore dishes from different South American countries, because you can’t choose just one!
