  • Excessive alcohol or drug intake
  • Serious mood swings
  • Controlling behaviors
  • Un-balanced

 

There are many types of abuse. Some of them include:

Physical Abuse

  • Restraining by force
  • Slapping or hitting
  • Kicking, punching, poking
  • Slapping or hitting
  • Twisting of arms or legs
  • Threats with weapons of any kind
  • Choking or strangling
  • Pushing or shoving

Emotional Abuse

  • Controlling actions
  • Making decisions for you
  • Criticizes you
  • Ignores you completely
  • Make you feel badly about yourself
  • Pokes fun at your expense
  • Making fun of your beliefs
  • Name calling

Sexual Abuse

  • Forced sexual activity
  • Making you feel like your thoughts/feelings about sex don’t matter
  • Touching or grabbing in an uncomfortable way
  • Staring in an uncomfortable way

 

Rohypnol (Roofies) Info

Roofies are tasteless, odorless drugs that dissolve quickly into liquids of any kind (drinks.) The effects usually begin to take place in about 30-60 minutes.

Tips to stay safe

  • Don’t drink from a punch bowl or common source
  • Don’t leave drinks unattended
  • Keep an eye out for suspicious people
  • Watch your drink
  • Keep an eye on your friends
  • Always work the “buddy system”

Common Roofie Side Effects Include:

  • Dizziness
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Confusion
  • Unconsciousness
  • Drowsiness
  • Impaired motor skills
  • Temporary amnesia
  • Impaired judgment
  • If added to other drugs or alcohol, consumption of Roofies may result in death
