All event requests must be pre-approved by the Roadrunner Safe Return (RSR) Events Team.

The room capacities listed below are based on current COVID-19 layouts. Different event setups may impact ratios.


Student Success Building

Level 1:

  • Main Lobby (OFFLINE)
  • Roadrunner Tour Room (Capacity: 10, after 5 p.m. usage only)
  • Student Lounge (Capacity: 9, after 5 p.m. usage only)
  • Exterior Patio (VARIES)
  • Exterior Lawn (VARIES)

Level 2:

  • Mezzanine (Capacity: 12)
  • Classroom (Capacity: 12, contact Gracia Hounou at 303-615-1699 or email facilities@msudenver.edu)
    • SSB classroom 200, 202-215 (capacity:12)
  • Classroom Corridor (Information table usage only)

NOTE:

  • Classrooms reservations are dependent on availability of classroom space and course schedules.

Level 1

  • Forum (Capacity: 8, after hours usage only)
  • Gallery (Capacity: 10)
  • Exterior Plaza (VARIES)
