Blackboard Faculty Support
Blackboard Faculty Support sessions provide a time and a place for faculty to work on course material with the assistance of ETC staff. These sessions are not intended to replace training or scheduled appointments with ETC staff. If you need assistance, but are unable to attend a Blackboard faculty support session, please submit a Helpdesk Support Ticket for assistance. Be sure to provide the course information and CRN and a brief description of the issue.
