What is a Pulse Survey?
The Pulse Survey is an employee climate survey administered to a random sample of employees every two years. This survey asks the same questions as the standard employee survey administered every four years. We implemented this additional survey to aid us in seeing the trends and data necessary to track progress towards our institutional goals.
