Metropolitan State University of Denver has an array of development offerings this year that are offered to all employees. 

This year, the Learning and Development team offers Community and Conversations, along with the second year of the GROW and LAUNCH programs. 

Community and Conversations 

This is a series of leadership-based Communities of Practice offered to all employees, with an emphasis on those who supervise and lead others.   

The organic learning space is dedicated to individuals who are working on their leadership approach and ready to learn and share knowledge with others. All sessions are virtual and open to all MSU Denver employees.

LAUNCH Program: Supervisor 101 

This three-day program will include content that is foundational to managing and leading, with a primary focus on those who are new/newer to leadership roles. Topics include leadership characteristics and general administrative supervisory responsibilities. These three-day sessions (four hours each) will include prework and in-person instruction.
