Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Learning and Development Team is proud to announce Launch, a new supervisor leadership-development program. This program will include content that is foundational to managing and leading and will include content to support leadership growth and general administrative supervisory responsibilities. A virtual binder of helpful University information will be available as an ongoing resource for all participants.   

The three-session program (four hours each) will be held on campus. Location details will be available soon.

May 26, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 

Attendance is required for all three sessions, and there will be prework and homework associated with the course.  

Launch is designed for faculty and staff members who directly supervise employees (including student employees) with a primary focus on those who are new/newer to a leadership role. The program is also open to employees who aspire to leadership roles.
