PROJECT UPDATE: As of Dec. 19, the wired and wireless network within the Jordan Student Success Building is operational. There are no further construction impacts anticipated. Building users should expect a more stable and reliable connection. Employees and students can return to normal building operations but should ITS Client Portal or search the Knowledge Base for specific questions and concerns.

To accommodate extensive Wi-Fi and wired internet network improvements and construction, the Jordan Student Success Building will be closed Friday, Dec. 16, and Monday, Dec. 19.

Employees should work remotely

For the safety of our campus community, all employees with offices in the JSSB should work remotely during construction. Student employees who traditionally work onsite in the JSSB should connect with their supervisors to discuss reallocating hours or to develop an alternate work plan. Please plan accordingly in the days preceding the closure and ensure you have all necessary materials and equipment to work remotely. Please also ensure that any personal belongings or sensitive information is secured in locked rooms or cabinets.

During construction, only the JSSB main entrance doors (facing Dazbog) will remain open, and the welcome desk will be staffed. Should an employee need to access the building during the closure to complete work-related responsibilities, brief entry will be permitted. Please be aware that construction will occur on all levels, and please adhere to safety instructions and protocols outlined by construction crews and signage.

Students can access services online and by calling

Students should not access the JSSB during construction. All student services housed in the JSSB will be available remotely until work is completed.
