The GROW program is a series of skills-based workshops that include topics relevant to support current and future professional and leadership development. These custom Metropolitan State University of Denver workshops are open to all employees, including staff members, faculty members and student employees.

Here’s what a past participant shared:

“Ive been ruminating on the topics from the workshop for several days and have found ways I can incorporate the themes and ideas in many different aspects of my life, not just workrelated. I felt as though this was an excellent followup to a Crucial Conversations class.”
