The VITA program is specifically aimed at supporting middle- to low-income households as well as people who require extra guidance with financial-form verbiage, such as non-English speakers (see website for eligibility specifics). To maintain health and safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, however, VITA program volunteers have moved to a virtual format. IRS-certified professionals are continuing to offer one-on-one support through phone consultations as well.

While the MSU Denver location will not be available, Roadrunners can still find limited in-person assistance. Coloradans can also contact Tax Help Colorado for further assistance at or 303-454-3761.
