Día de Mole Negro - Online
This class takes cooking to the next level with attention to cultural detail. In the Latino culture, hard labor is associated with love for others. The amount of labor that goes into mole shows the guest how a long cooking process can be rewarding and full of sentiment. The cost of this program includes a take-home kit with the necessary ingredients for two people, available for pickup at the Gardens’ York Street location.
