Retention and Recruitment
Goal
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion endeavors to improve the recruitment and retention of faculty, staff, and students who are traditionally recognized as protected classes or underrepresented in higher education.
Objectives

Support faculty and staff initiatives addressing retention and recruitment with resources from the diversity initiatives funding program.

Hold campus information sessions to identify, inform, and assess "Best Practices" to assist in the recruitment and retention of staff, students, and tenure track faculty.

Implement retention and recruitment programming as needed.
