Overcoming Procrastination

One of the biggest challenges students face is managing their time, especially with an increasing number of classes online.  This has presented a different sort of time management problem, with many people having an increase in unstructured time, but yet struggling to get their work done.  How do you motivate yourself to get to work now, when there seems to be plenty of time later?  This virtual workshop addresses all of the usual causes of procrastination, along with some of the newer ones specific to online work, as well as ways to overcome these.

Facilitator:  Michael Malmon, Ph.D., Staff Psychologist

Understanding AD/HD

Do you struggle with staying on task, focusing, or being organized? Any of these could be related to ADHD. The goal of this virtual workshop is to provide some basic information about ADHD, such as how ADHD is defined.  Resources that may be helpful will be reviewed.
