Taming the Inner Critic

Most of us are familiar with nagging thoughts that tell us we are not good enough, that cast doubt on our goals, and undermine our accomplishments. We can learn how to buffer imposter feelings with kindness. This workshop provides simple tools for responding in a kind, compassionate way to critical thoughts. Learn how to stop being so hard on yourself and cultivate greater self-compassion.

Dream Interpretation

Have you ever wondered what your dreams mean?  Do you have the same dream repeatedly and wonder why?  Do you wake up from from a dream and think, "That was crazy!"?  People have been assigning meaning to dreams as long as we have been having dreams.  They can be vivid, powerful, or just plain weird.  But they almost always provide a window into our subconscious.  Come to this workshop and take a look through that window.

Facilitator:  Michael Malmon, Ph.D.,Staff Psychologist

Date/Time:   Tuesday, November 3rd., 12 noon - 1:00 p.m.
