Taming the Inner Critic
Most of us are familiar with nagging thoughts that tell us we are not good enough, that cast doubt on our goals, and undermine our accomplishments. We can learn how to buffer imposter feelings with kindness. This workshop provides simple tools for responding in a kind, compassionate way to critical thoughts. Learn how to stop being so hard on yourself and cultivate greater self-compassion.

People have been assigning meaning to dreams as long as we have been having dreams. They can be vivid, powerful, or just plain weird. But they almost always provide a window into our subconscious. Come to this workshop and take a look through that window.
