Counseling Center

Outreach
Our outreach efforts are designed to promote psychoeducation on some of the developmental needs of students.
These are often through Personal Effectiveness Workshops, Substance Abuse Workshops, Mental Health Screening Days, and Workshops.
We also provide class presentations on a variety of mental health topics aimed at reducing stigma and promoting use of psychological treatment. They are focused on effective interpersonal communications, the management of stress, adjusting to life changes, and suicide awareness and prevention.
