Native American Graduation Ceremony
The Center for Multicultural Engagement and Inclusion (CMEI) and the Native Indigenous Student Alliance (NISA) is reaching out to congratulate you for major academic accomplishment and taking the next steps in your life journey. YOU DID IT!!! This is such a big honor for you, your family, and the Native American and Indigenous community. We are all so very proud of you! We hope that your graduation is only the beginning of many more wonderful achievements in your life!
We would like to invite you to our 2020 Native American & Indigenous Fall Commencement Honoring Ceremony on Thursday, December 10 at 4:00pm (MST) honoring our Native American and Indigenous graduates. This is an annual event to honor and welcome new graduates into MSU Denver’s Native American and Indigenous alumni community. It also serves as a smaller and more intimate graduation celebration for you and your family.
In the past, we have honored graduates with stoles, certificates, and gifts. Due to the current global situation, we will not be able to honor 2020 graduates in person this year. However, CMEI & NISA would love to honor you in person when it is safe to do so, depending on global health concerns. In any case, you will receive an invitation to attend the next Native American and Indigenous Commencement Honoring Ceremony and we hope to see you at this event too!
We would be so honored to recognize you as a graduating Native American and Indigenous leader! We hope that you will be able to join the fall 2020 virtual honoring ceremony.
