What is Job Shadowing?

Job shadowing is when a student or job seeker follows and observes a professional at work for a short time, such as a day or week. During this “behind-the-scenes” experience, you can observe a professional’s routine, work responsibilities, work environment, and more.

This program provides on-site job shadowing opportunities at up to 5 job site locations each semester.
