Summer Science Institute with the Center for Advanced Stem Education (CASE)

For twenty summers, middle school students (6th, 7th, 8th grade) have the opportunity to explore fun applications of math and science in an exciting, hands-on, team-oriented atmosphere on the Auraria Campus. Metropolitan State University of Denver faculty will teach morning and afternoon classes based on Colorado content standards in an integrated setting.

June 18-29, 2018 9:30 am - 4:15 pm
June 18-29, 2018 7:40 am - 12:15 pm
July 9-20, 2018 9:00 am- 4:15 pm
July 23- Aug. 3, 2018 9:30 am- 4:15 pm
The cost of this program is usually $400 but students from the MSUDenver Partnership schools can attend this camp for free!
Students will be provided snacks and lunch each day, and a day-long field trip to Elitch Gardens to study physics will conclude each two-week camp. Transportation to and from the participants schools will be also provided for campers daily and will be supervised by our camp mentors.
