Camp Hale
Credits
This project is dedicated to the memory of my mother, Geneva Margaret Mahlum Hagen, and the other members of the Women’s Army Corp Detachment that served at Camp Hale during World War II. This project was funded in part by the Colorado Endowment for the Humanities for the purpose of restoring the Women’s Army Corps to the history of Camp Hale. Additional research and interviews were made possible by a Provosts research grant from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
The Heart of the Project is the interviews.
A special thank you is extended to these Camp Hale veterans.
