Rachelle was just accepted into a Teaching Fellowship in Israel. She will be working and living for 10 months with the Bedouin Indigenous population in the northern Negev Desert. This includes teaching, volunteering and designing her own project, bringing a healthy moves wellness program to youth in the area. Her program will bring passion through the integration of self-love, body positive meditations, belly dancing & yoga, and creative writing. This program engages and teaches both Bedouin Arabs and Jewish Israelis to create peaceful co-existence between the two cultures through education, understanding and meaningful relationships. After graduating with his first degree, Brandon went on to earn a Master's of Public Health, with a concentration in Health Management and Policy, from Drexel University, in June of 2014. He is currently pursuing a second Master's Degree, in Science in Social Policy. Brandon is a Research Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine in the Mixed Methods Research Lab, which focuses on applying mixed research methodology to a variety of health/social-focused research studies. Brandon firmly believes none of this would not have been possible had he not leveraged his education and experiences gained throughout the Integrative Health Care program at MSU Denver.
Elicha lives in California, where she is completing the second year of her master's program in Prosthetics and Orthotics. We are so proud of Elicha as she is pioneering a body/mind perspective in this very interesting healthcare field! She is currently looking to do her residency back in Denver, starting in March.
