The MSU Denver Alumni Association is seeking volunteers to help sell 50/50 raffle tickets at all Colorado Rockies home games! Volunteers can expect a 6 hour time commitment and will be selling tickets starting at 2 hours before game time through the end of the 7th inning. All volunteers earn $200 per game for their MSU Denver department or program of choice and will be given a MSU Denver hat as well as the opportunity to win free Rockies game tickets. We are looking for alumni volunteers interested in assisting the Office of Admissions with student recruitment as Admissions Ambassadors. Responsibilities could include:
- Attending college fairs with Office of Admissions staff
- Staffing tables at events on behalf of the Office of Admissions
- Serving as an ambassador to your high school and/or community college alma mater
- Mentoring high school and/or community college students
- Participating in Admissions Open Houses at MSU Denver

The MSU Denver Advisor Network is a powerful online tool to help MSU Denver alumni connect with current students to provide career advice and guidance. As an alumni mentor will help students and young alumni find the expertise they need to fulfill their professional goals, practice for a big interview, and/or get insight into a particular career field or industry.
MSU Denver Champions advocate on legislative and regulatory issues that positively or negatively impact the university. This is a nonpartisan issue-advocacy effort. There are several ways in which you can participate – from sending a simple email to attending a rally. Your involvement is critical and you will make a difference! In coordination with MSU Denver staff, advocates share information, data, anecdotal and personal stories regarding the University’s educational and economic contributions to Colorado. We are looking to build a list of alumni who are willing to visit campus and demonstrate real world application to students. Guest speakers can share their experiences and expertise by participating in a panel, leading a discussion, or providing a talk in a class session. These opportunities to connect alumni and students also help students understand the intersections between their current academics and future career path. Sign up HERE!
We're looking for proud MSU Denver alumni to help us with congratulating and welcoming the newest class of graduates to our Roadrunner alumni family! Several volunteer roles are available, including General Guest Assistance/Way-Finders, ADA/Special Seating Ushers and Program Distribution.
