Campus Guide

Guides operate the welcome desk of the Student Success Building and give campus tours through the Office of Admissions.

An elite group of students who serve as the front line for all guests and visitors to campus. Guides are the true “cheerleaders” of MSU Denver. Guides are present at events and visits that are planned through the Office of Admissions and other offices across campus. The guest experience starts here with our front line interactions that encompass a wide knowledge about all departments, resources and fun facts about the University. Guides set the tone of campus while greeting guests as they enter the building, assisting them on where they need to be, and guiding tours that showcase MSU Denver and its campus.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a current student enrolled in at least 6 credits

• Minimum 2.0 GPA

• Flexible

• Reliable

• Professional

• Outgoing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Student involvement

• Bilingual

• Customer service experience

Hours: 10-15 week 

• REQUIRED Bi-weekly training/meeting

• REQUIRED to be present at all event days including limited Saturdays

Pay: position starts at minimum wage  (work-study & hourly eligible)
