Financial Aid & Admissions

Have you applied for financial aid?

March 1 – Priority Deadline

The earlier you complete this step, the better. Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by using MSU Denver’s school code 001360. Check out MSU Denver’s scholarships which are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis or based on academics, achievement and financial need.

Dreamers, DACA/undocumented, and international students: complete the Colorado Application for Student Financial Aid (CASFA) to apply for financial support.

If official transcript evaluations have not been completed, please bring unofficial transcripts when meeting with your advisor so you register for the correct courses. REMINDER: All official transcripts must be received for actual course transfer.

  • Access Center: Students with mental health, hearing, visual, physical, chronic health and learning disabilities are encouraged to contact the Access Center.
  • Placement Testing: You may be required to take a placement test for math and/or English depending on your incoming test scores or completed college coursework. Take a look at the Office of Testing Services Website for more details.

Roadrunner Card 2020You will get your Roadrunner ID Card at orientation, but thanks to our partners at Wells Fargo you can also link it to your Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account for free access to cash at Wells Fargo ATMs nationwide and to make PIN-debit purchases. For your convenience, Wells Fargo offers an ATM located inside the Jordan Student Success Building.
