Cap & Gown Rentals
All regalia should be rented through Herff Jones. Custom-designed by Herff Jones, the MSU Denver gowns feature the University’s insignia and school colors. The gowns are blue with red trim, and the official University seal is embroidered on the lapel.

A basic regalia rental includes a cap, gown and graduate or undergraduate tassel. You can keep your cap and tassel; however, the gown must be returned immediately after the ceremony at the Herff Jones table. If you do not return immediately after the ceremony, you will have to ship your gown back at you own expense or you will be charged a $235 fine for undergraduate regalia and $400 fine for master’s regalia.

The ordering site is now open. The primary ordering deadline to order regalia is March 15 at 9:59 p.m. MT. Herff Jones has offered a secondary ordering window, which includes a rush shipping fee, from March 16 until April 7 at 9:59 p.m. MT.
All home ship orders that are placed by this deadline, should be received on or before April 23. All other orders can be picked up at the Cap and Gown Pick-Up on Tuesday, April 23 or Wednesday, April 24 between 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. in St. Cajetans.

Please note other taxes and fees may apply. If you opt to have your order shipped to your home, please account for the shipping charge of $18.10 with Early Bird pricing, and $26.65 Rush Ship pricing after the March 15 deadline.
