Personal Biography Statement

After four years of living and eating in Japan, one of the world’s healthiest food cultures, I returned to the U.S. in order to attain a master’s degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a variety of experience in clinical, research, and community nutrition. My aim is to share my knowledge of food and nutrition with the ultimate goal of inspiring people to create a food culture of their own -- one that supports sustainability and health.
