Personal Biography Statement

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in weight management. My favorite aspect of my job is educating others. Besides teaching at Metro State, I develop and present educational materials for employees of various businesses. I also participate in health screening events. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and watching football. Although, I must admit, my biggest thrill is spending time with my family.
