Note to Banner Tracking Users

The University has upgraded from Banner Tracking to Banner Relationship Management (BRM). The new system offers enhanced capabilities for tracking and sharing advising notes to improve consistency in communication with students. As scheduled, the old system was shut down on May 31, 2013. To support this transition, notes in Banner Tracking have all been migrated to BRM. All notes/records will be accessible in the new system once you have completed the BRM Level I training (Step 1 below) and the short assessment (Step 2).

BRM Training Steps

In order to gain BRM access, complete the following 2 steps.

1. Review the  online training module (above). Use the BRM Level 1 Guidebook  document for more detailed instructions and to help complete Step 2.

2.  Complete the assessment.  A score of at least 80% is required to pass. Your account will be activated within 24 hours.  Be sure to click the FINISH button so your answers will be recorded. You can use the BRM Level 1 Guidebook (above) to assist you during the assessment.

Having trouble opening the online training module or assessment?  For additional questions contact the Help Desk.
